Beautiful terrace views, well-maintained pool area, serene neighborhood ambiance

Service inconsistencies can be frustrating!!! Daily room cleaning happens too early!!! Lacking basic toiletries is unexpected for a four-star establishment!!! Consider better sound insulation for quieter nights!!!

Spacious room, clean facilities, the delicious breakfast includes several desserts, and a bus station nearby makes it convenient to explore the island.

The staff was really nice, friendly and

helpful, making us feel welcome right from check-in. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. Just keep in mind that the nearby beach isn't sandy, so water shoes are a must for comfort.

It was just a nice choice for an overnight stay in Port de Alcudia with great value for the money. The pool was cold but refreshing, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. Try to get a room facing the sea for the best views.

A quiet escape with challenges

The breakfasts were truly delightful, with a wide selection of options each morning. Waking up to the lovely view from the room was another cherished moment during our stay.

The sound insulation was quite poor. we could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. there were issues with missing towels, which was inconvenient.

The welcoming staff provided exceptional service, and the location offered easy access to quiet beaches and beautiful surroundings. The spacious junior suite was a perfect base for our trekking adventures.

had a lovely time at mar hotels alcanda! the junior suite was super spacious and clean, with a big balcony that had great views. breakfast was amazin, lots of options to fill up for the day. the pool area was really nice, always enough loungers and not too crowded. the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

but the local beach wasn't sandy, and we had some noise from next door. also, a kettle in the room would have been nice.

The hotel was freshly renovated and kept super clean, which made returning to our room every day feel amazing. We enjoyed relaxing by the spacious outdoor pool and the lovely sun terrace. The only hiccup was some minor noise from nearby guests, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 🌞

The location can be a hassle, set away from Alcanada's limited dining and entertainment options which require a trek of about 30 minutes to the nearest lively spots. The climate control system in my room failed to cool adequately, generating noise without delivering comfort, and the glass bathroom door design felt awkward without a lock or proper ventilation.

Stunning views from the junior suite really elevated the experience. The pool area was lovely, consisting of sun loungers which offered a relaxing atmosphere for soaking up the sun. Daily cleaning kept the room looking fresh, and the air conditioning was effective and quiet, aiding a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the overall presentation of the hotel’s interior. I faced some issues like the lack of a kettle in the room, which would have made mornings a bit nicer. during my stay, there were discrepancies with room availability, with some guests not receiving the room type they booked. On a couple of evenings, the restaurant dining options were quite limited, lacking variety, especially for those who prefer vegetarian meals.
